Tax exemption report
The tax exemption report can be viewed on the Company's Stebby account in the "Finances" - "Tax exemption Report" view.
As of 01.01.2025, there is a 400€ yearly tax-exemption rule applied in Estonia.
In this view, you can conveniently select the required period (year, quarter, month), for which you wish to see tax-exemption report. It is also possible to see the transactions made for each employee that are related to the given period.
Right now the reports are only displayed by clicking on the "Export" button.
What does the information that I see mean?
Residual – Indicates tax-exempt amount before the selected period
Tax-exempt – Indicates amount of tax-exempt services purchased during selected period.
Taxed – Indicates amount of taxed services purchased during selected period. Also, It includes all of the purchases made over personal tax-exemption residual throughout the year.
Total – Sum of Tax-exempt and Taxed services bought during the selected period
New residual – Indicates the amount of tax-exempt sum left after the selected period. Is calculated by Residual minus tax-exempt services bought during selected period.
Why do I see a minus line in my tax report?
You may see a minus line in the tax report if a user's purchase has been cancelled and the purchase and cancellation of the service were not made in the same period.
