Password - how to change or restore it?

You can change your password in your Stebby account by going to the "Settings" view and then clicking on "Account Security."

Please keep in mind that the password must have:

• A minimum of 12 characters/letters
• One uppercase letter
• One lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one symbol (for example: #&/?=!)

You can order a password recovery link from the same view by scrolling down and clicking on the "Update password" button.

If you have not logged in to your account and want a password recovery link, you can order it from a login window on our website by clicking "I forgot my password". Be sure to use the same e-mail address you used to create your Stebby account.

If the link didn't reach the e-mail address you entered, please make sure to check your spam folder as well.
