Personal identification code - how to add it and why?

You can add your personal identification code in your personal Stebby account's "Settings" - "Edit profile" view.

If you've discovered that your ID code is incorrect, please contact our Customer Support via e-mail info@stebby.eu

Due to security concerns, a personal identification code cannot be added through Stebby's app.

If you do not have a personal identification code added or it is incorrect, you might not be able to purchase Services or use Services on-site at the Service Provider. Service Providers are obligated to ask for your personal identification to make sure the you are indeed the correct Ticket holder and the owner of your Stebby account.
