How to delete an account or to connect with another account?
Your Stebby account can only be deleted by Stebby Customer Support. Please let us know by e-mail at email@example.com.
If you have two or more accounts in Stebby, the customer support can merge them based on the personal identification code added to the profile. Please write a request for connecting the accounts to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that if you have a double account, your use of the Services is limited, so we recommend that you let us know in advance if you wish to link your accounts. :)
