How to delete an account or to connect with another account?
You can delete your personal account in the Stebby app, by first opening the "Account" view from below and then selecting "More settings". In this view, select "Delete user" from the bottom.
Your Stebby account can also be deleted by Stebby Customer Support. Please let us know of it by e-mail at info@stebby.eu.
If you have two or more accounts in Stebby, the customer support can merge them based on the personal identification code added to the profile. Please write a request for connecting the accounts to info@stebby.eu.
Please note that if you have a double account your use of the Services is limited, so we recommend that you let us know as soon as possible if you wish to link your accounts.
