Why weren't I sent an e-mail notification?

Make sure that on your Stebby account you have the notifications you wish to receive enabled. You can modify the notifications you receieve on your Stebby account and on your e-mail address on your Stebby account's "Settings" - "Notifications" view. If you are a Service Provider or a Company account administrator, you can also set up notifications related to them on your personal Stebby account  "Settings" - "Notifications" view.

You can also mark if you wish to receive newsletters from us.

Take notice that important letters will be sent to your e-mail regardless of the notifications you have enabled. Imporant letters include big changes/modifications on our platform, Terms of Conditions or pricing.
