Why weren't I sent an e-mail notification?
Make sure that you have enabled the notifications you wish to receive on your Stebby account. You can set the notifications you receive on your Stebby account and to your e-mail address on your Stebby account's "Settings" - "Notifications" view. If you are a Service Provider or a Company account administrator, you can also set up notifications related to them on your personal Stebby account "Settings" - "Notifications" view.
You can also mark if you wish to receive newsletters from us.
Take notice that important letters will be sent to your e-mail regardless of the notifications you have enabled. Imporant letters include big changes/modifications on our platform, Terms of Conditions or pricing.
