My balance is 0€. Why and what to do next?

There are several reasons why your account balance may be zero:

  1. You were added to the Company's group in the middle of the month

If the Company added you as an employee in the middle of the month, then compensation will not automatically be added to your Stebby account. The Company account's administrator must manually add compensation to your Stebby account.

If the right to compensation arises in the following period, the compensation will be received on the first day of the month indicated by the employer. You can see the date of the next reload in the compensation plan information under your account balance on your Stebby account (the "Next reload date" line).

  1. Your compensation has been deactivated

If a Company has stopped your compensation plan you'll see a notification about it on your Stebby account. In such case, information related to the compensation plan will not be visible under your account's balance.

  1. You have been removed from the Company's group

If a Company has removed you from the Company's group, you'll see a notification regarding this on your account. Also, the information related to the compensation plan will not be visible under your account's balance and when clicking on your name on the right, the name of the Company will not be visible either.
