How can I leave a Company's group?

If you do not work at a Company whose group you still are in, then you can only be removed by an account administrator in that Company. Every Company manages their account on their own, which includes adding and removing employees.

If you wish to be removed from a Company's group, then please turn to the administrator of the said group!
