When does my Ticket expire?

You can see the validity period of the Ticket at the moment of Ticket purchase, after clicking "Buy Ticket" and after you have purchased the Ticket in the "Tickets" view on your account. You can also see the ticket validity period in the Ticket confirmation letter sent to your e-mail address.

The validity period is set by the Service Provider and this means that the Ticket must be used before the given date. After the expiry date the given Ticket can no longer be used by the Service Provider. Please keep track of how long your Ticket is valid for!

If you are unable to use the Ticket before it expires, please contact the Service Provider. Stebby's team cannot extend the Tickets and only the Service Provider from whom you purchased the Ticket from has the option to extend Tickets if needed. However, Service Providers are not obligated to extend the tickets and thus they set the extension policy. Stebby will send you three reminders about the expiration of your ticket (14 days, 7 days and 1 day before the expiration), provided that you haven't disabled these notifications on your Stebby account's "Settings" - "Notifications" view.

Keep in mind that while the Ticket's validity period is shown on Stebby, the Service itself might have a differing validity period as well. For example, if you buy a 1 month swimming pass, then the Service Provider will mark it as used on the first usage, after which the Service will be valid for a month despite the Ticket's own validity period prior to usage.
