When does my Ticket expire?
Here you’ll find everything you need to know about the validity period of your tickets so you can enjoy your experience worry-free. ⏳
🔎 Where can I find how long is my ticket valid?
It’s very easy to keep track of your ticket’s validity! The validity period is displayed in three different places:
- At the time of purchase: Immediately after clicking the “Buy Ticket” button.
- In your Stebby account: Log in and go to the “Tickets” view.
- In your email inbox: In the ticket confirmation email we send you immediately after a successful purchase.

⏱️ How is the validity period calculated?
The ticket’s validity period is determined by the service provider. This means that the ticket must be used (i.e., redeemed) before the specified date expires.
💡 Good to know! The ticket is valid through the specified date (inclusive) and can be used with the service provider on that date until 11:59:00 PM. After that, the ticket expires.
🔄 What happens if I can’t use the ticket in time?
We understand that plans can change. If you realize you won’t be able to redeem the ticket before it expires, we recommend contacting the service provider immediately.
⚠️ Attention! The Stebby team does not have the authority to extend the validity period of tickets. Only the Service Provider from whom you purchased the ticket can extend it. Please note that the Service Provider is under no obligation to extend tickets—this is at the discretion of each individual Service Provider.
ℹ️ The difference between Stebby’s redemption date and the service’s validity period
Please note that the date shown in the Stebby platform is the ticket’s redemption date (i.e., the date by which you must mark the ticket as “used” with the service provider). However, the service itself may have a much longer validity period!
Let’s look at an example: You purchase a “Monthly Pool Pass.”
- The service provider marks your ticket as used on your first visit (this must be done within the validity period indicated in Stebby).
- After that, your ticket is valid on-site for the entire month, according to the terms of the service provider’s monthly pass.
