Why haven't I received the money for my receipt?

If your bank account has not received a refund within a few days after adding the receipt, check the status of your receipt. You can see the status of a receipt in your Stebby account's "Receipts" view by following the "Status" column.

  • The status "Processing" means that your Company account's administrator has not yet approved this receipt.
  • The status "Declined" means that the receipt has been rejected by your Company account's administrator. By clicking on that particular receipt it is also possible to see the reason for the rejection given by the administrator.
  • The status "Accepted" means that the receipt has been approved by the administrator and the amount will be transferred to your bank account within a week.

If there is a red exclamation point next to your receipt's "Accepted" status, please click on it to see what corrections need to be made. This symbol means that the receipt you added needs to be modified (either the account number or account holder name is incorrect or they do not match). Once the changes have been made, then after a while the amount will be transferred to the bank account you have detailed.
