🛍️ Purchasing a Stebby Gift Card

To purchase a gift card, you must first log in to your account or create a new one at stebby.eu

💳 Important Funding Rule: Gift cards can only be purchased using your personal funds. You cannot use employer compensation funds to buy a gift card.

⏳ Validity: The gift card code itself is valid for 1 year (the expiration date is printed on the card). However, once the recipient redeems the code, those personal funds on their Stebby account never expire.

Step-by-Step Purchase Guide:

  1. First make sure you have enough funds in your Stebby account to purchase a Gift card. You can add money to your account by clicking the ‘’Add money’’ button on the lift-side menu. You can choose between 2 options: 
    • Paying via bank link directly: After completing the transaction in your bank, ALWAYS click the "Return to merchant" button.
    • Paying via regular transfer manually: You must ALWAYS include the unique reference number displayed on your Stebby account.
  2. Once your funds are loaded, click on "Gift card" in the left-side menu, then click the "Create a gift card" button.

  1. Set the value: Enter the amount of wellness funds you want to gift.
  2. Choose your delivery method: You can either download the gift card as a PDF file or send it directly to the recipient's email address with a personal message.
  3. Finalize the purchase: Click the "Purchase" button.
  4. Share the gift: If you chose the PDF option, open the file and share it (or just the code) with the recipient. If you chose the email option, the gift card will be delivered automatically!

🎁 Redeeming a Stebby Gift Card

To redeem a Stebby gift card, you must first log in to your Stebby account. If you don't have one yet, creating an account at stebby.eu is quick and free.

Step-by-Step Redemption Guide:

  1. Have your gift card code ready or open the PDF file you received.
  2. From your Stebby account home view, click on "Gift card" in the left-side menu.
  3. Enter your gift card code into the field and click the "Use this code" button.

  1. Browse the Stebby platform and choose a wellness service or product that suits you.
  2. At checkout, pay for the service using the newly added personal funds from your gift card.
