What is a selection of compensation plans and how to make a choice?

Employers with multiple compensation plans can create a choice of compensation plans for their employees.

If your employer has multiple compensation plans and they have activated a choice of compensation plans then you will be notified of it in the Stebby environment and also via e-mail.

To acquaint yourself with the choices made available to you, first log in to your personal Stebby account. Before clicking on the "Choose plan" button, make sure to check out the additional information above the "Choose plan" button located on the left-side menu of your personal Stebby account's view. Take note of when your selection will apply and which plan will be automatically applied to you if you do not make a choice.

When you have reviewed the information, click on the "Choose plan" button:

After that you will be taken to the next view, where you can familiarize yourself with the details of the compensation plans available for selection:

After you have found the compensation plan that suits you best, click on the "Select" plan associated with said plan. The changes will apply on the date that was provided in the left-side menu of your Stebby profile, prior to clicking on the "Choose plan" button.
