How to add media files to a Service Provider account?
In order to make your Service Provider account stand out better, we recommend adding illustrative pictures to the account. This way the Users also have a better overview of the services you provide.
- How to add a cover photo?
You can add a cover photo whilst logged in to your Service Provider account by opening the “Settings” - “Media” view and clicking on the “Change cover” button. Choose the photo you wish to use, maximally in the size of 1020 x 300px (web) or 400 x 208px (app). Confirm the changes, after which you’ve successfully uploaded and attached a cover photo.
- How to add a logo/avatar?
You can add a logo whilst logged in to your Service Provider account by opening the “Settings” - “Media” view and clicking on the “Add avatar” button. Choose the photo you wish to use, maximally in the size of 140 x 140px (web) or 400 x 208px (app). Confirm the changes, after which you’ve successfully uploaded and attached a logo photo.
- How to add a service group photo?
To illustrate a Service group, click on a service group in the “Sale & Services” - “Service groups” view whilst logged in to your Service Provider account. In the new view click on “Add image” below the “Service group image” section. There, choose the photo you wish to use maximally in the size of 140 x 140px (web) or 400 x 208px (app). Confirm the changes, after which you’ve successfully uploaded and added a service group photo.
