How do I add my debit card or credit card to my Stebby account?
Follow these simple steps to add your personal debit or credit card to your account:
- Select your personal account - begin by selecting your personal account from the top right corner of the platform. If you're not in the Service Provider or Company account view, then you are already on your personal account.
- Navigate to settings - enter the "Settings" view from your account's dashboard.
- Access payment settings - choose "Payment settings" within the "Settings" menu .
- Add a new card - once you are in the "Payment settings" view, select "Add new card".
- Enter card details - after clicking "Add new card" you will be redirected to a secure page where you will need to fill in your debit/credit card details. Fill in all the necessary fields.
- Save your card - click on "Save card" once you've entered the required information. You will be prompted to authenticate your card details.
- Authentication - after confirming your card details you will be redirected back to the Stebby platform. Your debit/credit card is now attached to your Stebby account.
- View your card - to confirm that your card has been successfully attached, enter your personal account's "Settings" - "Payment settings" view.
How can I use my card for contract purchase payments?
If you'd like to use your attached debit card for contract purchase payments, follow these steps:
- Enable for contract payments - in the "Payment settings" view you’ll see an option to permit your card for contract payments. Please note that this action is only available when using the desktop version of our platform and that this cannot be done through our mobile app.
- Activate option - simply click on the “Card can be used for contract payments” button to enable your card for contract payments.
