What criteria must a Service Provider meet?

In order for a Service Provider to use the Stebby platform, at least the following requirements must be met:


  • The Service Provider meets all of Stebby’s Service Provider terms and conditions.
  • A reliable website with sufficient information has been linked to the Stebby account, including the Service Provider’s contact details, services, and other necessary background information
  • The Service Provider has a clear and functional booking or purchasing system. A link to the booking system can be added in the Service Provider’s account under the Point of Sale settings
  • The Service Provider holds valid professional certifications or licenses, if required in the Service Provider’s field
  • The Service Provider has submitted accurate and correct information to Stebby
  • The company’s structure is transparent and the background of related parties is reliable
  • The Service Provider and its related parties have a good reputation, including that no liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings, proceedings related to money laundering and terrorist financing, or any other process indicating that the Service Provider’s or its related parties’ activities may not be sustainable or in compliance with applicable laws
  • The Service Provider acts with due diligence, including that the Service Provider and its related parties have no outstanding debts and the Service Provider has submitted all financial statements
  • The Service Provider and its affiliated parties are not subject to sanctions, nor does the Service Provider cooperate with entities subject to sanctions.

Each sign-up request and existing account is evaluated separately and in conjunction with various circumstances, based on which Stebby reserves the right to decide at its sole discretion whether the Service Provider is suitable for the platform or not.
