Policy & Billing Rules

  • Validity: 12-month policy period.
  • Deadline: Ensure funds are available by the 25th of each month for coverage to start on the 1st.
  • Terminations: Employee's can't be removed from the policy before the policy end-date. Employee's insurance ends when their employment contract ends.

Implementation Steps:

  1. Log in to Stebby and choose Company profile.
  2. Click Insurance, and choose a up to 3 policies.
  3. Add employees to the correct policies based on their selection. Video.
  4. Confirm the selected policy, start date and submit it for Review.
  5. Insurance starts on the 1st of the following month.
