How long does the insurance last?
The insurance period is valid for 12 months. Please note that you cannot change your package during this period. Insurance is terminated when employment contract ends.

How do I visit a doctor?
- Partner Providers: Mention your insurer is ERGO and bring an ID document. You do not have to pay upfront; you only pay amounts exceeding your coverage. ERGO medical partners list HERE
- Non-Partner Providers: You may visit any doctor of your choice. In this case, pay the bill yourself and submit a claim for reimbursement via the ERGO mobile app or website.
