How can I update my company information on the Service Provider account?
I only want to change the company name
If only the company name is changing, you can update it in the “Settings” section of the Service Provider account.
I want to update my bank account information
You can change the IBAN number in the “Settings” section of your Service Provider account. If you wish to change the bank account holder, please contact our customer support at info@stebby.eu
I want to change the legal entity on Stebby
If the Service Provider’s legal entity changes, you must create a completely new account on Stebby with the correct details and close the old account. Since Stebby Service Provider accounts can only be linked to a single legal entity for accounting reasons, a new account must be created when this changes. To close the old account, please contact our customer support.
To close a Service Provider account, there must be no active tickets in the account, the account balance must be zero, and all withdrawals must have a "Paid" status. Active tickets cannot be transferred to a new account; to cancel tickets, please contact our customer support.
Once the new account has been created and confirmed, you can deactivate service sales on the old account so that users can no longer purchase tickets from it. To hide a Point of Sale from search results, go to the “Sales & Services” – “Points of Sale” – “Edit POS” view and click the “Do not show in search” button.
To deactivate services, you need to go to the Service Provider account’s “Sales & Services” - “Services” view. Then click on the service you wish to deactivate — this will take you to the service settings page, where you must deactivate the “The service is active” and “Service can be purchased from the platform” buttons, then save the changes.
