How can I close my Service Provider account?

For various reasons, you may want to close your Service Provider account. If this happens, please proceed as follows:

  • Let us know about it as soon as possible. You can write to our customer support.
  • Hide your Point of sale from our search. To do this, go to the "Sales & Services" - "Points of sale" view of your Service Provider's account. Select "Edit POS" at the appropriate point of sale and scroll down to turn on the "Do not show in search" button. In this case, Users will not see your Point of sale in the search and they will not be able to buy Tickets in advance.
  • Make sure that your Service Provider account has no active tickets. You can get an overview of active tickets on the Service Provider account's "Sales & Services" - "Active tickets" view.
