How can I change an employee's information?

If a user account has been created for the employee, then the employee's data (name, surname, email, etc.) can only be changed by the employee! When an employee changes their personal information on their personal Stebby account, it is automatically shown in the "Employees" view of the Company's account.

If you want to change the compensation plan attached to the employee

  • To change the compensation plan assigned to an employee, go to the "Employees" view on your Stebby Company account.
  • Click on a specific employee and then click on "Change plan".
  • Select the appropriate one from the compensation plan menu and click on "Accept".

If you want to change the compensation plan attached to several employees

  • Check the top box of the employee list.
  • Select "Change plan" from the now available colored line.
  • Select the appropriate one from the compensation plan menu and click on "Accept".

If you want to add a label or a DIM label to an employee

  • To attach a label to a certain employee, enter the "Employees" view of your Stebby Company account and click on the employee. Then, click on the "Edit employee" button that appears. In the following view you can add the desired label and/or DIM label. Up to 3 DIM labels can be attached to a singular employee.
