How to add, edit and remove an employee's compensation plan?

Adding a compensation plan to new employee

When adding a new employee, you can add compensation plan to their account already after you have clicked “Add new employee” button in Employees view. After adding employee details, you can select which compensation plan you wish to apply to the new employee.

If you see a “default” icon after some compensation plan, this means that an admin on your Employer account has made this plan as a default plan which to apply for all new employees added to your account.

Applying a compensation plan to an existing employee

When you wish to change the compensation plan for already existing employee, navigate to Employees view and select “Compensation” tab.

1. Select the desired employee(s) you wish to apply a compensation plan.

   Click on “Apply plan” and choose which plan you wish to apply to them.

   1. You can also select whether to load funds on the employees account immediately or by plan rules.
2. After all necessary steps are made, click “Apply”

Changing a compensation plan of an existing employee

To change the plan of an employee, navigate to Employees view and select “Compensation” tab.

1. Select the desired employee(s) you wish to change compensation plan.

   Click “Change plan”.

   Make sure you have selected the plans you want to make changes to (checkbox list).

   1. Deselect all the plans you do not wish to change.
2. After you have reviewed the plans you wish to make changes to, select a new plan you wish to apply for employee(s).
3. After all necessary steps are made, click “Apply”

Removing a compensation plan from an existing employee

To remove the plan of an employee, navigate to Employees view and select “Compensation” tab.

1. Select the desired employee(s) you wish to remove compensation plan.

   Click “Remove plan”.

   Make sure you have selected all the plans you wish to remove from user.

   1. Deselect all plans you do not wish to remove.
2. After all necessary steps are made, click “Apply”
