What is Multiwallet and how to use it?

Multiwallet is a Stebby add-on service that allows companies to offer employees several compensation plans with different settings at the same time. It increases flexibility and expands employee welfare options by allowing employers to manage a variety of services and benefits in a single platform.

To enable Multiwallet feature, go to the "Settings" menu, select "Settings", scroll at the bottom of the page and enable the "Multiwallet" feature.

After turning on the button, you can add multiple compensation plans to employees.

For example, you can allow tax-except services with one plan and taxed services with another plan, without going over the yearly 400€ budget. By offering employees a lower tax-free compensation of €50 per quarter (tax-free) and adding €30 for taxed services (fringe benefits tax of maximum of €19.88), the maximum total quarterly cost per employee is €99.88. This means a maximum quarterly cost of 100 €, but more opportunities for the employee.

Also, you can use multiwallet to offer special compensation for senior employees, compensation for dental services, glasses compensation or insurance meant for health insurance.
