How is the service fee set up?
The platform fee is a monthly fee for the company and depends on the number of compensation accounts in Stebby.
The platform fee is taken into account when an employee's compensation account is active during one month and if they've been added compensation at least once before.
The platform fee is deducted on the first day of the month according to the number of active compensation accounts. For example, if there are 10 employees with active compensation plans on the first day of the month and the compensation plans are stopped the next day, the Company still has to pay the platform fee for that month because there were 10 active compensation accounts on the Company's account on the first day of the month. If all of the employees' compensations are disabled then the platform fee will not apply.
The monthly fee of a Stebby compensation account is 4,50 EUR + VAT per employee for all Companies.
Multiwallet has a coefficient of 0,2, that is applied to the user fee per every compensation account added to user. Meaning that in case company has e.g. 4,5€ per user fee, the second account of an user would cost 4,5€ * 0.2 = 0,9€ + VAT.
VAT according to the standard local rate is applied to the platform fee.
The money for the use of the services is taken from the Company's account balance on an ongoing basis, therefore it is important that there will always be a sufficient balance in the Company's account to pay for employees' compensation usage and the platform fee. If there is not enough money on the account, employees will not be able to use their compensation and the account balance may become negative, as the platform fee is calculated on a monthly basis for as long as compensations are active.
