How is the service fee set up?

The service fee is a monthly fee for the company and depends on the number of compensation accounts in Stebby.

The service fee is taken into account when an employee's compensation account is active during one month and if they've been added compensation at least once before.

The service fee is deducted on the first day of the month according to the number of active compensation accounts. For example, if there are 10 employees with active compensation plans on the first day of the month and the compensation plans are stopped the next day, the Company still has to pay the service fee for that month because there were 10 active compensation accounts on the Company's account on the first day of the month. If all of the employees' compensations are disabled then the service fee will not apply.

For companies with 1-3 employees, a fixed fee of 10 EUR per month is applied.

The monthly fee of a Stebby compensation account with 4 or more employees is 3 EUR per employee.

VAT according to the standard local rate is applied to the service fee.

The money for the use of the services is taken from the Company's account balance on an ongoing basis, therefore it is important that there will always be a sufficient balance in the Company's account to pay for employees' compensation usage and the service fee. If there is not enough money on the account, employees will not be able to use their compensation and the account balance may become negative, as the service fee is calculated on a monthly basis for as long as compensations are active.
