I can't find a certain Service Provider/Event Organizer from Stebby - what to do?

We recommend that you turn to the Service Provider/Event Organizer with a request to create a Stebby Service Provider or Event Organizer account. Every Service Provider/Event Organizer can decide if they wish to join the Stebby platform.

In the meantime, you can use the receipt feature. First, you need to pay for the Service/Event yourself, then add a receipt/invoice to your Stebby account with your bank details and once the company account's administrator has confirmed this, the amount will be transferred to your bank account. However receipts can only be added if your employer has allowed you to do so, in which case you will see a "Receipts" view on your Stebby account.
