How to create a private event?

Event Organisers may create events which are not visible in the Stebby catalog for the general public and are only accessible through a direct link. 

To do this, the Event Organiser must switch on the toggle button “Event is private” when adding an event or editing a previously created event.

Switching the button on allows only the users with the direct link to access the event. For the users, the event has no differences compared to a public event. NB! Private events cannot be accessed through the mobile application.

To share a private event, go to the view “View as customer” and copy the event link from the browser address bar. The link should be in the format https://app.stebby.eu/event/*  where the asterisks (*) denotes 4 numbers.
