What is the Event Organisers account’s review process and how long does it take?
Before you can start selling your events on Stebby, your Event Organiser account must be reviewed by our Customer Support team. This process is necessary in order to ensure that your Event Organiser account has all the necessary information for your participants and also for us regarding billing details for example.
After you have completed adding details to your Event Organiser account, make sure that the changes you have made correspond to the steps in the following FAQ guide HERE.
If you have gone through the necessary steps, proceed to send your Event Organiser account for inspection by pressing on the “Submit for review” button and then once again after you have been taken to the confirmation view.
Usually the review process takes 1-2 workdays in which we will either accept the account if all necessary data is present or if not, the account will be rejected along with necessary feedback on what to improve regarding the account. The review process might take a bit longer, should our Customer Support team be under a heavier workload than usual.
