How to extend active tickets?
Active Tickets can be extended only by Service Providers who are in the Standard or Gold package. If a Service Provider is in the Starter package, it is possible to upgrade the package.
The validity of tickets can be extended in the Service Provider's cashier view after entering the User's personal identification code or ticket code.
The validity of each Ticket can be extended for 7, 14 or 30 days. A ticket can be extended in the Standard package once and up to three times in the Gold package.
