How to extend pre-purchased tickets?
Pre-purchased Tickets can be extended only by Service Providers who are in the Standard or Gold package. If the Service Provider is in the Starter package, it is possible to upgrade the package.
The validity of tickets can be extended in the cashier's view after entering the person's personal identification code or ticket code.
The validity of each Ticket can be extended only once for 7, 14 or 30 days. A ticket can be extended in the Standard package once and up to three times in the Gold package.
