How long can a ticket be valid for?
Each Service Provider can set the number of days for how long a Ticket is valid or set the validity date until which a Ticket is valid. When purchasing a Ticket, the User can see for how long it is valid.
You can insert a desired validity period under the Service's settings by turning on the "Service can be purchased from the environment" button. Read more about how to configure a Service HERE.
Maximum validity of tickets
- GOLD - 90 days
- STANDARD - 45 days
- STARTER - 30 days
