What is the event archive?

Events are automatically moved to archive 30 days after they end. This is to clear the “Events”-”Events” view of past events. Upon archiving, events are stored together with their registration data, tickets, etc. so that no data is lost in the process.

Archived events can be accessed in the “Events”-”Events” view by choosing “Archived events” in the drop-down menu. By default, “Active events” are shown in this view. Besides “Active events” and “Archived events” you can also choose to show “All events” in the drop-down menu which will show all of the events ever created by you.

Events can also be archived or temporarily unarchived manually in the “Edit event” view at the bottom of the page.

Tickets and registrations for archived events are also archived. To view these, you need to unarchive the event. 

With a direct link, archived events are still accessible for the users.
