- Private event - Possibility to hide the event from the event catalog. The event is still accessible through the direct link. NB! Private events cannot be accessed with mobile app.
2022
- Public list of participants - possibility to make registered participants’ information publicly available to other users.
- Events archive - events are automatically moved to archive 30 days after they end.
- Event series - can be used to combine many different single or multi-sub events under one event series/one season. Currently mainly a statistical tool for the event organiser.
- Ticket templates and sets - create a set of tickets for recurring events.
- New notification to event organiser:
- List of registered participants - If the toggle button is turned on, the list of participants will be sent to the event organiser’s email as an XLS-file after the ticket sale has ended. NB! Information about each ticket will be sent separately!
- New automatic notifications to participants:
- Registration confirmation - sent after successful registration;
- Event approaching - sent out the day before the event;
- Event has changed - sent after significant changes to the event.
